Our long-standing clerk, Joy Scott, retires at the end of July after 23 years service to the Parish Council.
On behalf of the Council and everyone in Bentley, we would like to thank Joy for her dedication and everything that she has done to support the village in that time. Her enthusiasm and sense of humour will be greatly missed by everyone, but I am sure we will continue to see her in the village from time to time.
We are also pleased to announce that we have appointed a new Clerk, Leigh-Anne Agnew, who formally take up the role on Monday 27 July. We would like to welcome Leigh-Anne to the Parish Council and look forward to working with her over the coming years.
